Instructions :

Original

  • 4 shots per player each round - alternate players
  • Add score for all 4 balls to get Round score
  • Score according to area where ball sticks.  Any ball that ends up off the mat is +2
  • Golf Scoring - Lowest score after 9 rounds wins
  • Tiebreaker - additional round with only the tied players at the lowest score.  Repeat until there is a winner

Best Ball

  • 3 shots per player each round - alternate players
  • Use Only your best ball out of the 3 shots as your Round score
  • Score according to area where ball sticks.  Any ball that ends up off the mat is +2
  • Golf Scoring - Lowest score after 9 rounds wins
  • Tiebreaker - additional round with only the tied players at the lowest score.  Repeat until there is a winner

*Tweaks

  • Move chipping mat further or closer to fit players skill level
  • Play on carpet to add difficulty - no bounces
  • Play on hard surface (tile, hardwood, etc.) to include bounces
  • Hang to a wall or outdoor to provide a different twist on the game
